God, forgive our society for how far we have fallen down the ladder of godlessness. This hurts to even think we are this evil in our core. But we who were once sinners apart from God know the depths of our transgressions, so we shouldn't be surprised. What this does is to magnify the love of God since, "while we were yet sinners (like this couple) Christ (still) died for us"! I pray God saves this couple and uses them to expose the true evils that lurk behind the abortion facade.
ReplyDeleteIt is our responses to the things that come our way in life that reveals the condition of our heart. The response of this couple to the discovery of their childs diability reveals their sinful blindness and their need of the Savior. The response of the Tomaschko's to the discovery of their sons fatal condition reveals a heart given over to trusting and loving thier God. One is in light, the other in darkness. I am inspired and encouraged by the Greg and Lauren's faith. May we pray for enlightenment for the first couple and may we pray for comfort & strength for the Tomaschko's as they face this painful trial.
