Strong, deep words from brother Tripp. Pseudo-sovereignty is really no sovereignty. God is either sovereign or He isn't.
ReplyDeleteIn our typical views of our natural condition and of salvation, we overestimate the ability of man, downgrade the sovereignty of God, and embrace a distorted view of freedom.
So it is consistent that these erroneous doctrines are applied to our views of the Christian life and carried out in our practice.
